The DFW Door Frame Dual-End Sawing Processing Center is a high-precision and high-efficiency CNC processing equipment specially developed by Shuping Precision for wooden door manufacturing enterprises. This equipment is mainly designed for the fixed-length cutting process of door frame boards (door frames), and can simultaneously complete the sawing treatment at both ends of the workpiece. It is widely used in the batch production of various door frames such as solid wood doors, composite doors, and painted-free doors.
In response to the problems such as low efficiency, large angle errors, and reliance on manual work in traditional door frame processing, DFW has adopted dual-end synchronous processing technology and precise CNC system. It not only enables seamless switching between 90° straight cutting and 45° inclined cutting, but also ensures smooth cuts without splinters, meeting the dual requirements of "precision" and "production capacity" of modern wooden door enterprises. The equipment has a compact structure, which can operate independently or be easily connected to automated production lines, making it an ideal choice for upgrading and replacing door frame production lines.
The equipment is equipped with two independent sawing units on the left and right, which can simultaneously perform sawing on both ends of the door frame board. Compared with the cumbersome process of traditional single-end sawing that requires two positioning and two cutting steps, DFW significantly shortens the processing cycle, effectively improving production efficiency, and avoiding cumulative errors caused by secondary clamping.
Supports two modes: 90° straight cut and 45° inclined cut. It can also alternate according to process requirements. Whether it's making regular right-angle door frames or 45° precision-joined European or modern-style door frames, DFW can handle them easily without the need to replace equipment, significantly reducing the equipment investment cost for customers.
Using a CNC system for control, the sawing accuracy is stable, ensuring the parallelism at both ends and the accuracy of the diagonal lines. Combined with a reasonable sawing path and clamping device, it effectively solves the common problems in door frame processing, such as large gaps at 45-degree angle joints and unevenness after the hinge installation, and keeps the error within an extremely small range.
The equipment is equipped with an automatic waste recycling system. The waste generated during processing can be collected uniformly through the dust collection port, keeping the workshop environment clean and reducing the burden of manual cleaning. At the same time, the operation interface of the equipment is simple, and ordinary workers can start working after simple training, greatly reducing the reliance on professional technicians.
Supports processing of workpieces within the length range of 650-2600mm, width of 90-400mm, and thickness of 20-45mm. It covers the mainstream specifications of door frames. The body structure is stable, the floor space is reasonable, and connection interfaces are reserved. It can be combined with automatic loading and unloading devices and labeling machines to build unmanned or semi-unmanned production lines.
