ShuPing Seiko attend China High-End Custom Woodwork Symposium
At the symposium, Yang Lan, General Manager of ShuPing Seiko, emphasized her unwavering support for independent R&D. She outlined four key advantages of in-house innovation:
Ms. Yang noted that all of ShuPing’s innovations stem from market demands. From resolving assembly challenges in solid wood doors during its early industry entry to delivering China’s first rotary-edgebanding production line (2013–2015) amid the surge in luxury housing projects, ShuPing has consistently pioneered solutions tailored to client needs.
At this technical conference, ShuPing debuted its groundbreaking "9-in-1 Multi-Functional Processing Center" for wooden door manufacturing. This modular system integrates nine critical processes—including door profiling, edge trimming, lock/hinge hole drilling, mortise cutting, glass recess carving, and sliding track grooving—into a single machine. By eliminating multi-stage workflows, the solution saves floor space, slashes energy consumption by 30%, and boosts efficiency by 200%. Additionally, its user-friendly design minimizes labor demands and technical training costs, further empowering manufacturers to scale operations seamlessly.
